Used them to make garlic and herb butter and they turned out fantastic. Always needed a way to shape the butter into a more aesthetic form other than a blob in a jar. Very easy to remove the bars and cleanup of the molds is super easy too.

I am a bit bummed at how flimsey these molds are and that both molds were of the same patterns. I was under the idea they were of different patterns. I have not used them yet, I am going to need to make some kind of support in order to move them to the drying rack once it is filled. There is NO WAY you can move them once filled unless you have the bottom supported. The design patterns are beautiful though.
