Product arrived promptly. Parts fit machine with no problem. However, I suggest some instructions would help a first time customer as I had to search YOUTUBE to see how to replace same.

Pretty much understood that in this situation youd be gouged for supply parts. First you buy the product at a great price then have buyers remorse that you have to spend so much money to supply what you bought. Not the case here - nothing but good news. Not only is the Eufy Robo Vac a good bargain, but the supply parts are too. Ive been very happy with the vacuum and the maintenance parts required to keep it running and keeping my house clean. Im not sure if I didnt read into it or what but the filters dont fit my 11s. it all feels genuine and they fit my other vacuum so no biggie but look into that if you own a 11s.

I have a blue framed filter that detaches and must be replaced whole. These filters don’t work.

The replacement parts are way less expensive than I expected, and they dont seem quite like the same quality as the original stuff the vacuum come with. But Im happy with them since mine runs over toys A LOT more than it probably should...

The filters dont fit Eufy 15C MAX, and the product description says to... but in my rush to get replacement parts, I neglected to notice the words DONT FIT. Do NOT buy if you have a 15C Max
