> 3 daycannot - absolutely cannot - pair this thing. I have tried everything and have now given up. otherwise it does an ok job... will not return itself (have to figure that out i guess). Id rather use my broom along all baseboards etc. - does not do the edges. kind of defeats the purpose..........

> 3 dayHad the product for a month and does what it needs to do. Daily schedule for vacuuming the main area which is tile and area rugs and it does a good job. I no longer have to rush to vacuum when my family comes over since they have a 1 year old now I dont have to worry about them finding stuff to put in their mouths all the time. Its gotten stuck 3 times and didnt make it to the charger only once. We have since put the couch up a few mm with floor coasters and picked up the baby chair which solved the stuck problems. For the sale price I can easily recommend on mostly hard surfaces. Had a squeaky front wheel after 2 weeks but customer service responded in 2 business days with a solution that worked and a video to show how to do it.

> 3 dayProduct is older and will not pair. Spent over a hour trouble shooting. I purchased one three weeks ago and loved it so much that I talked a friend into getting one and I bought another. Very disappointing. Update 3/30/23 Brushes come off and you have to hunt them down. Do not buy this model. After complaining customer service did make it right and are sending me a different model.

> 3 dayThis was a great price on an item w/decent reviews. Takes a few minutes to pair with wifi but simple enough if you follow the steps provided. Arrived swiftly as described. Goes from low carpet to hard floors no problem. Do need to move items out of pathways specifically loose throws or rugs as it will bunch them up if not secured to floor, and will stop the robot. The battery thusfar is about 60% after cleaning living room, kitchen, hall and spare room. A good first experience.

Mr. Devonte Macejkovic I
> 3 dayI am a terrible housekeeper and I feel like I only run the sweeper when the carpet looks completely covered in pet hair and pieces of chewed up dog toys, so I figured if this robo-sweeper worked at all, it would be better than what I do, and I was right. I didnt install the app and dont know how to program it, so I dont know about any of that, but if I can be bothered to pick up cords and toys and turn this vacuum on, it does a good job roaming around and sucking up the sad detritus of our busy lives. It runs for 90 minutes to 2 hours, and has never returned to its base. I always pick it up when its battery fails and put it back in the dock. __ **Edit 6/5/23** It can find its way back to the dock! I had occasion to be out of the house when it got low on battery power, and when I came back, it had put itself on charge. ___ It does manage to sweep up my living room and kitchen in that time, and its little hopper is always full (also easy to empty). It does get stuck under the sofa occasionally, but I think it is training itself not to go under there. Sadly I dont even run this robot vacuum often enough for it to keep things real tidy, so I am not for sure that it is learning about the sofa trap, but I think it is. All in all, at this price (I think I got it on Prime Days for $99) it was worth it to make sure my carpet gets vacuumed at least every now and then!

> 3 dayCompared to my previous Sharp robot cleaner, it fails in every category. If you have furniture, dont bother. It constantly gets stuck UNDER couches, kitchen cabinets, and furniture, where it will simply shut down. I dont run it when Im not around to rescue it. The software most definitely DOES NOT navigate it around obstacles, as it bounces off of and into EVERYTHING. Most usually wont make the transition between a marble floor and a rug, and occasionally when it does, simply glosses over the rug leaving piles of hair and debris. It has no sense of where it has cleaned, routinely going back over a spot multiple times while leaving entire connected rooms untouched - the mapping shows huge gaps everywhere. It has a long-lasting battery life, though max suction mode cuts time to 1/3. Has developed an incessant high-pitched squeak that no amount of lubrication can relieve - very annoying! This was an expensive mistake!

> 3 dayOur first. This is an excellent little tool especially on large flat/hardwood floors. The dirt box is a testament to how much it sucks up. Tons of dust and dog hair from around the living room alone. We only paid $89 on Amazon so good deal. They are more now. But well worth it. Good, clean design, tough motor and suction for what it is. Dont expect a vacuum cleaner, this is dust and hair/fluff etc only. But quiet and great maneuverability and sensor capabilities. I never write reviews but this warrants it.

> 3 dayWe love this little vacuum! Its perfect for our home with the daily duty of picking up the leftovers that our regular vacuum misses, between the dog hair, the dirt and dust and cant forget about all the kiddos crumbs they leave behind. Our floors are the cleanest theyve ever been! Highly recommend!
