I am so impressed with the quality of this screen. I didnt know what to expect when i ordered it. I used it for the first time this weekend. It was incredibly easy to install on to my awning and it looked great. We were at the lake and it was very windy (10-15mph winds) and after we staked it, it made my awning so stable we didnt even think of retracting it. Great price, excellent quality. I am very happy with my purchase.

We bought this to provide just a bit more shade for our camper. Seems well made but I cant really comment on the durability because its too new. We like it though

The kit had everything I needed to install it. Good looking product

First I will talk about the actual sun shade. It works fantastically. Our deck out front of our camper faces west, so it would get very hot in the evenings. It feels at least 10 degrees cooler. It is also much thicker and sturdier than I thought it would be. Well made! It took under 5 minutes to install, very easy. Just slide the cord through the a lot that is already on our awning, and when you roll the awning back in, the shade rolls up into it. I am loving this product! I should have gotten it years ago. Next, the customer service. It is outstanding! We got our shade as a Christmas gift. It sat in our garage until May when we got out camper out of storage. I got some bad information and ordered the wrong size shade. It was now 4 months passed the purchase date. It was totally my fault. I ordered wrong size and I didn’t check to see if it would fit. I emailed Tentproinc and assumed they would just say, “too bad, you should have ordered the right size.” And they could have. I got a response, on a Saturday, within 2 hours. It was from the owner, Michael. He explained that they could not take it back, but would give us a discount on a new one. I don’t know if he wants me to advertise how big this discount was, but it was substantial. Ordered the correct size online on Wednesday and it was at my door on Friday. He emailed me 5 separate times to make sure that I received discount, received product, and was pleased with product. I highly recommend this product and company. I like ease of installation. It is a hassle trying to fold it up but so far I’m pleased!

It doesn’t block as much Sun as I’d hoped for. It is made well
