Bought this to fix a neighbor’s hot water heater in his camper. Perfect fit and fixed the issue of not wanting to fire up the propane to heat the water. I liked that it came with 2 of them just in case one goes bad again.

Well we put the parts on and my water heater doesn’t work. It’s past 30 days and can’t return it. So I’m stuck with it.

Fast service, quality of product packaging are both well above par. Transaction from start to finish was flawless, thank you! Fortunately for me, while waiting on this part and and one other I decided to remove the old thermostat and thermal cut-off wire just to be ready with a clean work are, I cleaned all connections and when I was done for kicks I turned it on…… you guessed it, it worked and is still working! So I now have a back up thermal cut-off and thermostat. Hey I’m fine with that. I’m sure I bill need them again very soon.

The fuseable link was easy to install. Worked great. The extra lead would not work on my unit. Mine had special connector in the end of plug.

I thought these were supposed to be a direct fit, but my unit ended up with two male connectors that needed to go together. We made up an adapter, and they are working and doing what they should. I only needed one, now we have an extra.
