To plug in RV at our home

I bought this adapter so I can plug my Tesla into a 20 amp outlet. However, the Tesla does not like this adapter and refuses to charge. I have to remove this adapter and use my regular 110v that charges at 11 amps. This was a waste of money.

Made in China so Ill just leave it at that for quality. Would have been nice to know in the description before ordering.
