Product came very careful packaged. Used to replace the old one in my travel trailer water heater.

So, this part quite literally goes directly in the water supply and is meant to sacrifice itself, into your water over time.

I wont know until the end of the 2021 camping season but a friend highly recommends these for my hot water tank. If I update this review at the end of 2021 then I had a problem. If not then it did exactly what it was supposed to.

These were the right size to fit. The metal was larger in diameter than what I replaced but should do the job well. If build up occurs these may be difficult to remove so I plan to check it again inside the 6 month recommended period to make sure all is good.
