No doubt the Moonlights package is brand new. However, when I took the top off of each of the pens, the tips looked as though they had leaked a little bit. Hence the 4-star rating. Cleaned off the tip and tested them out. Colors show up well on black paper, and on a adult coloring book. All in all, nice pens.

I love all the available colors and each pen last a long time. Great product !!!

I like to use black notecards to make flashcards for studying so I needed opaque pens. I didnt want to only use white, gold, or silver and found that these work perfectly. They stand out well against the black.

These pens are perfect if you like the bright neon colors. They write smooth and they dont skip like other colored pens. Just buy them you wont be dissapointed
