I have had a lot of bad luck over the years with memory upgrades. Not this time !

It was delivered fast and it was a cinch to install. Upgraded from an 8GB RAM laptop to 16GB. Very noticeable increase in boot speed and program loading. Would buy Samsung memory again.

I have to applaud this company for their customer service! One of my two cards was a dud, and they quickly sent me a return label and replaced it with a good one in a very reasonable amount of time! Good company! Great Product!

I followed the online videos and changed out the battery and upgraded the ram while I had it open. It did a little update when I turned it on and now I have a faster laptop and full charge on the battery.

I’ve been a fan of Samsung memory for years. Samsung is my go to company for everything memory related. So when I noticed this 16gb DDR3L kit for $69, I was happy to buy it.

Everything exactly as advertised.

Does not fit properly in its slot and laptop will not read it.
