> 3 dayI use mine in an enclosure externally and it works flawlessly...Im sure it would be just as good in my internal m.2 but I already have a bigger one in there.

> 3 dayThe SSD works wonderfully, then why did I give 1 star? Because this is the second Samsung 980 that I have, and it just doesnt work. Its most likely the firmware on drive thats not working or maybe a pin? But my other Samsung 980 that I got a few weeks ago works wonderfully, even when I swap the drives around.

Greater than one weekNot approved hardware, but works fine as a R/W cache for a Synology NAS.

> 3 dayBeen using Samsung products ever since I swapped to SSDs. They are the best and provide reliable performance. I concurrently own the 850 EVO, 960 Pro, 960 EVO, 970 EVO Plus, 980 Pro and now the 980 all at 1 TB storage capacities. Each of them have been blazing fast, significantly faster than standard SATA SSDs. Clearly the 980 is an excellent NVMe drive. I cloned this ssd just using it for a backup drive. Currently I use 980 Pro. Actually I really cannot tell the difference between these two on a PCIE 3.0 motherboard.

Greater than one weekThis was a nice upgrade for the storage in my secondary computer. Install was easy but I’m in IT so your experience may vary.
