Bought this for my 7 yo for Christmas. For the price and memory it can’t be beat. Very easy start up and he enjoys playing his roblox and other games on it.

the location of two speakers are bottom of the tablet, so when I watch a video such as Netflix, I can feel that sounds only come from one direction, and it is really annoying. i will return and buy other product which has a nice speaker location than this.

One of the best she ever had, easy to understand and use.

If you are on a budget, this is a good tablet. I am happy with it. Does what I need it to do as far as streaming apps and video chatting. Can hook up a regular keyboard and mouse to it. If you have the extra money, get the 128 GB model, or look at the S5 - S6 line of tablets, which have more high end features.

If I ever need a new one I will buy from the company.

Its a great tablet especially if you have the 64 gig version with 3 gigs of memory much smoother performance with a 3 gigs then the 2 gig version

I returned it because I didnt like how poorly it performed. I recently bought the Tab S6 on a sale which is amazing. It is not in the same price range though. The truth is, if all you need a tablet for is media consumption and reading its probably fine. If you plan on gaming or photo work, I recommend something better.

I bought this tablet in November and already in April I couldnt download apps. I had no way of contact supplier due to covid 19. I would not recomend to buy this product.

Absolutely garbage wifi. Any other device in the same place, from new to ancient, gets decent wifi in my home. This thing rarely pulls a full megabit anywhere. Ive never seen such poor quality wifi from anything. Its updated to current everything and Ive tried all the usual troubleshooting reboots and settings adjustments. Im a career IT professional and Ive made no headway here. Even if there is a solution Ive missed, this device already is a fail for requiring such a thing as no average user would be able to find it, few would even look. Googled a bit and other people are having similar issues. Bad product, wont be getting another samsung. Regret this purchase.
