Greater than one weekThe tablet they gave has a huge scratch and is very very old model. The tablet worked perfectly for some couple of days and then stopped working altogether . Poor poor quality

> 3 dayWe bought this tablet as an upgrade for the model before and it is just a slow as the previous one, which was the whole reason we bought a new one. It takes FOREVER for anything to load. Very frustrating and unfortunately passed the return date.
