> 3 daySo there is a known issue with these tablets and that is, if you let it sit for a while and lose all charge on the battery, it will not charge or turn on. Your only option then is to pry open the tablet and unplug/replug the battery. Hopefully you will still have your warranty - in my case I realized this happened 1 week after the warranty expired. I just dont use it that often. Unreal!

> 3 dayHaving owned several Samsung smartphones and tablets in the past without having any issue, I thought this would be ideal for my son. After only using the tablet for 2 weeks the screen cracked. The display only shows a bar at the top and there is a spider web of cracks. The tablet was never dropped. It was in perfect working condition in its protective case packed in a bag for a road trip. It did not survive. We now have an $800+ piece of garbage. I thought the model had gorilla glass? Buyer beware the screen is as fragile as a Robins eggshell. It is very disappointing since the tablet is beautiful, lightweight and thin.

> 3 dayExcellent tablet. I was initially concerned about the screen size being too big. Went from a 10.5 iPad to this and Im very happy I did. Turns out this is only an inch and change wider and 3/4 of an inch taller but theres so much more screen. The 120hz refresh rate was important to me to keep up the smoothness of the display and this AMOLED display really pushes it over the edge into greatness. Also a big fan of the aspect ratio. The front facing camera being relocated to the long edge was a great move. All around, I like this more than the iPad I had.
