Great tab easy to use wonderful and just what I was looking for.

The only reason why its 4 stars is because the palm rejection could be better but if you get a regular ol pair of cotton gloves you can get past that pretty easy. I use it for art and the latency is perfect for me.

Paid $1000 for this piece of junk with a battery that wont hold a charge straight out of the box. Both Amazon and Samsung customer Service are a useless joke, bunch of people who cant speak English and cant do their jobs! No matter how much more they charge, go to Best Buy or another physical store, dont get stuck with a thousand dollar paperweight like me.

The updates on this device are constant. One changed the layout of my virtual keyboard and the way the device is turned on and off. It also prevented it from charging. I spent almost $800 on a device I cant charge so it sits useless. The charging cord works fine on other devices. Pity! It was a nice tablet

Today I got my supposely new tablet. The package was open and all parts was all over the place. Seems that someone used it before.

Recently had to warranty on Samsung Product. Product still under warranty. They could not tell me what was wrong but labeled it misuse and denied warranty. I cant rate a product well if the company behind the product does not honor warranty. Warranties are important.

this is a great tablet to have. It has functions of everything from a computer to a phone with plenty of memory capacity. The screen is bright and high resolution. The cameras are an added value. it has a large battery capacity which will easily last a couple of days or more.
