Excellent product!

I’m trying out this tablet because it includes an S pen and I wanted to know how Android is. Sadly it’s not for me. Everything about this tablet is great - price, quality of the screen, snappiness, just the android ecosystem is not working for me :(

Bought this tablet in January of 2022. This is one of the best tablets I have ever owned. It has almost competely replaced my laptop. Recently I began having issues with it charging. This is the first time I have ever had any issues with a Samsung device. Being that it is still under warranty I called up Samsung customer support and began the process to have it looked at. Customer support was great and extremely helpful. I was genuinely impressed by the level and speed of service. They gave me a support ticket number and directed me to the nearest Best Buy for repair.

I have had numerous tablets in the past few years. I had the 3rd generation iPad and enjoyed it. It was slick and smooth and fast. But of course the cost for any Apple product is outrageous. Flash forward a few years and multiple companies have came out with tablets. All have been pretty much junk. Last year I purchased an onn tablet because they had them on sale. Got one for me and my daughter. They suck big time. I saw these and watched several reviews. And me being a Samsung galaxy phone user since the s2 I decided to jump the gun and for 2 tablets. One for me and one my daughter whos starting college. I was hesitant because my parents have a galaxy tab A its super slow. I got these and I am beyond impressed! These things are amazing!! In my opinion they are better than iPads especially considering the cost. I use to draw a lot when I was younger and this brought back my love for art. U can draw, paint, color. It works extremely well, extremely fast and has a great battery life. My daughter loves hers too. She has been on it non stop drawing and getting it ready for college use. I bought her the attached keyboard and its just like having a lap top. If you are thinking about getting a good tablet for drawing or coloring or just something to have to use for every day. Go for it! U wont be disappointed! I would buy it all over again if I could! This is the best tablet I have used in years.

The product ended up having a dead pixel that I noticed a few days after receiving the product. Over item is excellent and responsive.

Easy to set up, screen is incredible. Do you know refresh rate? That is important, rapidly shows the next view without loading, 130hrtz, move fast to each tab and see everything fast. Integrates with all android apps. comes with the pen, which means no extra purchase, I also have a MS Surface, that is for business, my galaxy tab is for fun, but I do research on it as well.
