Everything was perfect until 27 days after receiving it the speaker stopped working. Apparently since it came back damaged (not my fault) they took $45 out of my refund for a damaged restocking fee. Definitely my fault. Thanks amazon.

This Samsung monitor is 27 inches and it is very power full and it is basically for game. The best thing is in this monitor is 144 refresh rate ensure flawlessly smooth action in game and it has 1 MS refresh rate eliminate lag and motion blur which one blazing fast speed. It has a fluid, tear free gameplay experience at peak performance and it looks like borderless screen stretches from edge to edge. It has AMG freeSync premium, hight adjustable stand, swivel/tilt/Pivot and 3 sided borderless bezel monitor. Definitely I liked it and recommend to buy in Amazon and do enjoy.

I bought this product on August 12th, 2022. On February 11, 2023 the display port on the monitor stopped working the the display went out completely. Checked warranty and of course it some how ended on December 31st. I guess it was less than a 4 month warranty, even though it says 1 year manufacturer warranty. I won’t be buying another Samsung monitor after this.

If you’re on the search for a monitor with lots of picture settings and customization; look elsewhere. Besides that it’s a great flat monitor with the option to turn vertical and lower or raise it(also tilting).

A pretty unremarkable monitor from Samsung. While advertised as being a gaming monitor, there are far better options available around the same price - ones that offer the latest port standards, IPS panels, and brighter displays, all without the backlight bleed that this monitor suffers from. The Odyssey G3 does bring some high than average contrast, but without a brighter display its pretty much wasted. TL;DR - Nothing to see here, folks. Move along... SPECS: * FHD 1920x1080p resolution * VA led panel * 27 inch display diag. * 250 cd/m2 (yikes!) * 144Hz refresh rate * 1ms response time * AMD FreeSync Premium technology * 3-sided borderless design (nearly) * height adjustable stand with 360 degree rotation andd pan/tilt * VESA compatible * 3.5mm headphone output jack * 4000:1(typ) contrast ratio * inputs: HDMI DisplayPort ver1.2 (yikes!) D-SUB (seriously...SERIOUSLY?!) PROS: * Great contrast ratio, 4x that seen in most monitors at this price . * The stand offers a tremendous range of adjustment along with a stable base. * Design is sleek, and the nearly bevel-free display looks nice. * Great response time. * Nice color. * AMD FreeSync Premium available to thhose using AMD graphics Cards CONS: * Brightness leaves quite a bit to be desired. This alone is enough for me to cast aside this monitor if I were considering it for a new purchase (especially for gaming!) * 27 inches at only 1920x1080p is simply too darn big and pixelated (again, especially for gaming! or anything else really) * 144Hz isnt anything to write home about these days, for gaming or otherwise. * BACKLIGHT BLEED ...grrrr. Really cant believe we still have to deal with brand new monitors having so much bleed around the edges in 2021. * No HDR * NO DISPLAY PORT 1.4 ...instead youre stuck with ver 1.2, which doesnt support any of the incredible features that came with versions 1.4 and beyond. ant remember the last time I saw a gaming monitor with such an outdated DP version * D-SUB port...um, yes...seriously. Most of you probably dont even know what kind of input that is. EXACTLY. * no outputs. * VA panel BOTTOM LINE: Look, this is an okay monitor. But if youre in the market for a gaming monitor in 2021 this one doesnt qualify as an option you shouuld be considering. Honestly, at $250(ish) Im not sure there is a target demographic or suitable use case for this thing. Mediocre, outdated, and not nearly bright enough. The stand is nice, Ill give it that. But its not hard to find better options at this price, and I cant thinkk of a price Id be willing to actually pay for this monitor. 3-stars because it does technically fulfill its role as a monitor.

The colors of the monitor looked great, although mine that I got had a motion issue, where it had excessive blur and it looked odd to the eye, Ive been using 144 hz monitors for a while now, and this one felt off to me. If I wouldve gotten a better monitor, maybe I wouldve kept it but it is what it is.

This monitor has the worst ghosting I’ve ever seen. The colors were super washed out as well. Terrible display. Do not buy.

I enjoy this monitor to watch YouTube and gaming videos with the intent to game in the future. I did not rate for gaming as it would be dishonest at this time, but for its intended purpose, I am not disappointed. It has nice clarity and clear picture for me but being out of the business of gaming on PC I couldnt be accurate with other comparisons. I would say keep an open mind in your purchase and you wont be disappointed.
