Ordered the 1TB version and it only came with 31 GB of space. After much work (reformatting, secure wiping, downloading Samsung Magician) contacted Samsung with the serial number and they confirmed this was NOT a Samsung product.

Great replacement for my external hard drive that was the size of a book. Its a very convenient size, and it comes with a password protection that you can setup.

Reformat it for time machine and youre off. Works super well.

Im an Architecture student and my laptop only has 256gb, so this really came in handy. Theres a little less storage than listed, but thats to do expected with storage devices. I had to install something in my computer for it, but I havent had any problems and am pretty happy with my purchase. The only thing is, I wish it was a bit cheaper, but that only really gets fixed with time.
