I also bought the cloning cable and software (turned out to be just a download) which was not as easy as it said on the instructions (the computer wouldnt recognise it), and I finished up cloning it using AOMEI backup which was slow but worked! The new drive performs great and has considerably speeded up my machine, and has given it a new lease of life as it is now 6 years old (but was ahead of its time when purchased).
