I bought this as an upgrade to my old failing harddrive, when received the packaging was minimal but enough, and installation was as easy and screwing it into my ssd slot and plugging it in. The speeds were great enough that it was very very noticable to everything i did! If the drive does not show once you install it and go into windows it wil be because you have not formatted it yet, you can look up a simple guide on the internet on how to format the drive once you have installed it.

Very easy to install, fast performance, everything youd expect from an SSD drive. I replaced a slow hard drive in an older laptop with this drive and it brought new life to the laptop. It used to take several minutes to boot, now its less than one minute.
