Great tape except for the eardrum-splitting, crazy-making NOISE it makes coming off the roll, a deal breaker for me.

Once the tape is started, its essential to put some cardboard, etc on end past aerated strip so you dont have to unpeeled it again. Very sticky which is good

I recently ran out of packing tape and ordered this product (Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping packaging tape, 2 x 800 – 3 clear tapes) on Amazon for a fair price. The service was fantastic and I received the packaging tape the next day after ordering it on line. Keep in mind that this is the 2 inch size clear packaging tape.

Ordered it for moving, its a good value for the price

One roll usually last me six months or more but around Christmas time several rolls isnt enough for shipping everything that has to go and taping up larger presents for Christmas. I am a free lance writer and also laminate all my play cards in a neat order on a story board by over taping them side by side for easy reference. This is something I use a lot, it is always quality if it is Scotch and Im going to keep on taking advantage of sales like this every time I see them.

This is your standard packing tape in a convenient dispenser. The dispenser works okay for me. The teeth for cutting the tape work well however the tape will commonly get stuck back to the tape roll. So it requires a bit of human intervention which can slow stuff down sometimes. It is better than nothing but not as good as a tape gun.
