> 3 dayGreat sound and clarity along the entire dynamic range (could, maybe, use a little more crispness in the higher frequencies). Ive really been enjoying cranking up the volume and escaping the pressures of life.

> 3 dayThe HD 660 S is my first Sennheiser cans in years since I made the decision to go untethered and went over to the Bluetooth side with Bose, then to Sony. In truth with age and personal mileage my hearing aint what it use to be, so the transition from my old HD 650 and HD 800 wasnt as hard as it mightve been if I were 20 or 30 years younger with far better hearing. Fact is, I was originally thinking of buying Sonys latest XM series headphones, the WH-1000XM5, to update from the XM3 that Ive been using for the past couple of years.

> 3 dayThey sound so quiet, clear, and detailed! Quality construction and comfort, the bass is a little light but is perfect on certain songs/recordings, i also really liked the Sony Pentacomm balanced cable it came with!

> 3 dayFirstly, I gave them 1 star for noise cancelation as they’re open back... not sure why thats a category for a review for this kind of headphone. Id like to say I’m not an audiophile and I dont have high end audio set up. I use these with my little dot mk3 headphone amp.

> 3 dayI personally use these for gaming, mixing, and just plain listening to music. I personally can’t stand hearing my voice with closed back headphones, so these make gaming much less distracting for me. Obviously these are expensive if you’re just gaming, but if you also care about audio quality then these are the ones for you.

> 3 daybest phones Ive ever used. Im a longtime hd600 user, but these are even better. highs are sweet, never edgy, mids are as natural as with the 600s Bass is punchy w/o being boomy or exaggerated. The hard clamping against the users head resolves in about a week of use. Price is very reasonable for an audiophile quality product like this. All in all, a great buy.
