Greater than one weekIt took about a week, but then no more sensitive teeth. New meds for my Rheumatoid Arthritis I think caused some sensitivity.

> 3 dayI would not be able to eat a spoonful of ice cream, a cold salad or even pass air over my teeth without Sensodyne toothpaste. This stuff is amazing. If you try anything else but Sensodyne toothpaste, thinking it will take away the pain in your tooth, think again. Dont be fooled. Ive tried them all. The only product that works is Sensodyne. Give it a week of using it many times...its effect is cumulative. Once the product accumulates in the painful places the pain will reduce significantly to absolutely bearable to being gone altogether. Twice I made the HUGE mistakes of trying a different product when on both occassions, all of a sudden after the Sensodne wore off in my teeth a few days to a week later, the pain in my teeth was so unbearable that I was actually seeing sparkly stars. I felt I would need to get all of my teeth pulled out to make the pain go away the last time. It was that awful. I should have learned the first time that nothing but Sensodyne works. But I did not listen to myself. Regretfully, I was curious. I wish I had not been, but I was. I immediately bought more Sensodyne and a new very soft brush and began brushing my teeth several times a day and even rubbing Sensodyne onto my teeth and just letting it be there for a while before rinsing it out. In a few days the pain was relieved enough to not feel panicky about it. By the end of the week the pain was gone and I could eat normally again. I will NEVER jump ship and use another so-called pain relief toothpaste again. The only one that actually works GREAT is Sensodyne.

> 3 dayBoth my mom and I grind teeth a lot and have super sensitive tooth and gum as well. Personally Ive been using sensodyne sensitivity until I got this. Our platinum Dentist facility is very well known for the name and professional services provided. And the sensodyne repair was recommended as it focuses on repair of the damaged tooth and helps with the enamel lose as well. So Id say to get professional advice on getting the specific type so that you get our problems helped! But regardless, sensodyne company has done their job so well that it is a must get for the tooth paste. (Id put a picture but its the tooth, you cant really tell the difference from it). I SAY GET THAT SENSODYNE!!!! Its your mouth a place where you input your food, kiss your loved ones, and do many other things with! And EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE when you have to fix it for US dental coverage. So! Do yourselved a big favor and start protecting your precious teeth early on.

Greater than one weekLike many, I was temped to try other brands, cheaper brands. I didn’t realize how good Sensodyne was until I didn’t have it! At first, I got it for my kids who have pain when biting into cold things. It worked! Because a little goes a long way, I started issuing it, too! Since our whole family started using it, I wanted to see if I could get the same results from a grocery store brand. It was awful! Soon the cries of unexpected jolts of pain were back! I knew Sensodyne was the way to go from now on but when I found it came in whitening I was sold! We have learned our lesson and will stick with Sensodyne!

> 3 dayI love this toothpaste but it looks like you’re getting three but it’s only two. I should’ve looked more closely. Bummed for the price.
