We bought this for my 1 year old for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. He carries it around with him everywhere. Elmo sings and dances when hes flat on the ground if you pick him up while hes dancing he will continue to sing but the dancing will stop. Which is awesome because if not my son would of probably broke it by now. Elmo sings cute little songs about colors and shape and the weather, he even sings elmos world. If you have a elmo obsessed child like i do then this is definitely a must.

Bought this awhile ago but forgot to write a review. Best toy I’ve bought my daughter in quite sometime. When she’s done eating her breakfast, and it’s time to play, she runs to get Elmo first every single time. She gets sooooo exciting and she dances with him too!! By far worth every single penny if not more. Don’t hesitate, and buy this right away. Especially when my daughter can be a bit picky. She has not lost her love for this toy in 7 months!!!

Not super engaging for a two year old.

It’s really cute. Wish it sang more songs for the price. But my 2 year old that is obsessed with Sesame Street loves it. The only downside is that Elmo will only dance if he is on a hard surface and the button on the bottom is pushed in.

I am really sorry that I had to write this review for Elmo. To be honest, it looks great I really liked it; however, my 18 month-old daughter scared a lot. She doesnt like it even I tried to play with this, she just runs away or pushes Elmo face down. She neither likes Elmos singing nor its dancing. She also tries to hide this toy either under or behind the sofa. When I ordered this I had high hopes because my daughter loves dancing to every kind of music. I thought Elmo would be a good companion for her and she could imitate Elmos dancing. Unfortunately, this toy didnt work for us. Best toy Ive came across in years..love it

My son got this as a gift last night and right out of the box, the dance function is wonky. It seems to only work on a perfectly level service (most of the time) and if it’s knocked off balance while dancing, it won’t continue. So try telling your toddler that they can’t touch the toy or it won’t dance. I wish it worked like the Beatbo from Fisher-Price that continues moving even when it’s knocked off its feet. It’s a shame, because the songs are cute and it looks absolutely adorable. I’d return it if I didn’t really mess up its packaging while opening.
