Greater than one weekI like everything about it except the cleaning of the brush. You have to clean it every time you sweep due to hair and stuff wrapped up in it. if i would of known it was so hard to clean i wouldnt of bought it i would of found one similar with a self cleaning or a roller that pops off to clean.

> 3 dayFind this very top heavy and as a person with muscle disability it is cumbersome. Also does not stand upright by itself very irritating have to rest it against walls/ chairs everytime I want to move something. I it does sweep and pick up sweep well but 1 month later it still makes my shoulder ache after using.

> 3 dayIm not going to say too much original, most of why Im writing this is in case anyone finds themselves with an issue I just resolved. Basically: After a couple months of use I noticed that when I put it into Turbo mode it began to sound strained, and the suction overall was leaving something to be desired. I checked the hose by the canister and the part that connects to the part that goes on the floor and couldnt find anything blocking it. It turns out that the fur it had vacuumed up was great in quantity and very soft that tangled up with itself built up behind the beater blade and was blocking the tube there! So if you notice a lack of suction with it sounding like its trying its hardest and the tube looks clear on both ends, check there. Other than that, Ill echo the criticism of the turbo mode should be default and praise how easy it is to vacuum stairs. Overall the battery life is fine, my house isnt big and my off-brand Roomba handles most of the first floor, so its not like I have an hour of vacuuming I need to do each session. Overall Id buy it again.

> 3 dayI love this vacuum besides getting an awesome deal. It works fantastic, my son he is 8 and he can use it with ease. It’s very light weight and suction power is amazing. I have 3 Shih Tzus and a cat and you can’t tell I own any pets my home is fur free!!! Even my car I can use the vacuum for my car floors. I love it. Best vacuum I ever own.

> 3 dayCurrently using this for a month and lemme tell you if you live with anyone who sheds hair constantly and its long hair then this vacuum is not ideal. Hair gets trapped around the roller hair and while you can use a scissor to cut through it its still a hassle and doesnt get everything. So the real solution is to literally unscrew the roller head and screw everything back in. Dont know why they dont have an easier way to go about upkeeping this thing is probably poor oversight. Otherwise it does a decent job sucking my cats fur and I like the light feature that lets me see the particles on the floor. Shark should design some kind of tool to remove the stuff that you cant get off easily from the roller brush either then I wouldve been less annoyed with this vacuum. Would not recommend this vacuum unless youre bald or dont shed too much hair.

> 3 daytook a star off for the pet hair attachment. the pet hair attachments SHARK used to make had a self-powered rotating brush and worked better. this one is just plastic and bristles and does not warrant the high price adder.

> 3 dayI love this thing- works great in all my floors.... no dragging a cord through the house for touch up days .... and i use this in place of my broom so much better it gets in the grout and every corner!!!! I live in the country and have 4 big dogs that live in our home as well and 2 shed pretty bad so I clean my floors multiple times a day. and this is a big time saver and a back saver too.....works great on the truck as well!!!

> 3 dayGood suction particularly for hard surface floors. Its go to vaccuum for these surfaces and not having to mess with a cord. Fair job on carpeted floors but probably does not really replace a good electric vaccuum for carpets for thorough clean. Awkward that it does not stand on its own for charging when not in use. It must lean against wall or something.
