This is a terrific bag. It holds a lot and has handy zippered compartments. Love that it can go from being a backpack to a messenger bag.

I love this bag and was hesitant to purchase with the price tag. The convertible straps have helped with any heaviness from carrying files, surface pro, water bottle plus I can fit a small purse for running errands during lunch. Received lots of compliments! My only suggestion is to make the base a lil wider to accommodate a lunch container or to make it more practical for traveling.

In love with this bag. Purchased it exclusively for travel and love it. One attribute of this bag is its ability to place it over the luggage handle to keep it hands free and lighten my carry liad but also it can be zipped and use the handle pocket for additional deep pocket storage.

I am so glad that I overlooked the negative reviews and ordered this bag! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It is a versatile, quality bag (all zippers work great) and holds everything I need for work (laptop, 2 phones and accessories) plus all of the personal items I USED to keep in my purse (wallet, keys, makeup, etc.) Can be used as crossbody/tote/backpack and straps can be tucked away when not in use. I highly recommend this bag!

I originally bought this for a trip. Im still using it even though its a little large for everyday use. Can definitely hold lots of stuff including my large iPad.

Such a perfect bag!

I used this backpack on a two week trip and it was great - versatile with handy pockets (although a bit heavy). However, one of the backpack straps broke on the first day of a second trip. It was the plastic piece that connects the padded shoulder straps to the adjustable webbing strap.
