Good value cutting mat.

love this mat! I especially love the size! Im able to much larger projects then I was with the 12x12

Bought for someone else, but they are using it every day and love it!

This mat is really worth having for those projects that go beyond your 12x12 needs. The tack is a little less than the normal mat so no de-tacking required.

Arrived safe and sound and I am completely satisfied with it.

Silhouette needs to figure out WHY these mats arent sticky after a few uses. Its ridiculous. All the adhesive came off the last 3 mats I bought within a couple of weeks and 651 nor HTV would adhere to them for cutting. Even after using a speedball deluxe hard brayer on the mat to press down the 651 several times, the vinyl came loose and messed my cut up so now Im out the cost of my vinyl as well. Not happy :-( After just now looking through recent reviews, as well as for the past few months, Silhouette America, Inc know its a problem so why are they not recalling the bad batches or fixing the issue? Are they just continuing to make and sell non-sticky, defective mats? Seems well all have to start buying Cricut mats.

I received my mat on Christmas eve, it came in a huge flat box to protect which was very nice. I opened it and I was like wow I did not realize it was that big lol yeah I am not too great at measurements lol but I love it and it will be well used :)

We bought our Silhouette in order to make some custom vinyl templates for acid staining concrete. Figuring we needed the mat as part of the kit, we bought this as well. While it works great for my paper projects, we found that its simply easier to send the vinyl through on its own. The sticky surface was enough that it interfered with our ability to pull up the negatives with the transfer paper. Maybe were just new at it, but it was definitely far easier to just put the vinyl on the concrete and then use the transfer paper to carefully remove the negatives. When we used the mat, we had problems with the letters and numbers sticking too much. As I mentioned before, there were no problems like this with my paper crafting, but something about the repositionable vinyl made it too eager to stick.

I use these daily and they are very sticky at first and ruin your paper, but then become unstuck very quickly. I have to buy a new one almost every month. I have started to re stick mine with repositionable spray adhesive.
