This work for our cat cage, the only problem is because we had kittens they kept popping on it and shipping it. We had to keep re-tighten the bolts. For an adult cat it would work wonderfully.

These bowls are perfect for my ferret cage. I own the Ferret Nation cage, and it is the perfect bowl to fit. I have two pairs of these bowls.

I have a small dog and agreed that is open doors. I put an extra thick pad inside for comfort. Adding a water dish became a project. Since it too low. Others Are difficult to remove the full and fill it each time. This item is perfect for what I needed., Plus it’s a nice color were using the pink one

Had a couple concerns when ordering, but turned out good! A bit big for my needs, but great for dogs & cats. I’m using in seramas. Another concern was if the width of the screw on cap would be wide enough for 1” bar widths & if the part that goes thru the bars would ve small enough for a bit under 1/2” bar spacing. Answer to both is yes, it’ll wor, it’ll work for varying cage bar widths.. Another concern: is the threading enough that the cap stays in place & doesn’t act like a stripped out bolt. It’s good! Finally, the bowl is great w/ it’s circular diameter & sl. concave bottom so food (bird, dog, or cat) doesn’t get crammed into seams & corners. It also lets dry feed continue to pool in the middle of the bottom so it doesn’t get as thin a pile as a flat bottom bowl would as it’s depleted by the animal. That helps my seramas! Love that the bowl isn’t attached to the plastic& easily taken in & out for cleaning or whatever reasons. Wish it was half as big around for my seramas, but they can’t knock this over & don’t waste feed w/ these. It keeps straw & other debris out too. I can position it up off their floor just enough they easily reach inside but don’t jump in, scratch the food out or try to nest in it. This was a good buy. Love that I can use this in pet carriers & travel cages too. The colors are very nice w/o being too much of a good thing or creating bird issues (birds can be weird about colors- ESPCIALLY red!

I love these bowls so much. Theyre extremely easy to install. Pretty sturdy so far and Ive had them for over a month now. I love the color. I love that it comes with 2 stainless steel bowls which are not only hygienic (prevents chin acne in cats) but are super easy to remove and put back into the blue and pink bowls. They are somewhat shallow which makes it easier for cats to eat and drink from without whisker fatigue. The only warning that I would put is since these bowls are a little more shallow than most I would recommend not putting them on the crate door as the water will spill if you arent careful enough when you open or close the crate door.

I love these bowls they are very nice sturdy little bowls the stainless steel insert bowl comes out and I think that’s perfect for cleaning or filling. Pink and Blue for my girl and boy kitties. (not at all kittens lol) Get them you won’t be disappointed and I would buy them again I’m already recommending.

My cat loves to knock over anything and everything and these have never fallen or loosened. Really easy to attach to a cage. The removable bowls are easy to clean. I put a little duck tape on the bottom so that my cat can knock the bowl out but overall very sturdy and does the job.

The metal bowls inside slip around and my pet can remove it. I just take the metal bowls out and use just the holders. Clean out every night since its plastic. I think havent some kind of lock or snap for the metal bowls to stay inside would be useful.
