This is the second one weve bought, first one had a 2 foot drop and stopped working,Ill take blame for that one. Second one I changed internet providers and when I turned it off to reset to new internet, it turned off and wont turn back on, Ive tried resetting it, unplugging and plugging it back in for an hour before trying again and the dam thing is dead. I was able to hook it up without any issues.

I bought this as a smart power strip so that I could easily control 3 lamps in the same room. It is replacing a single amazon plug which worked just fine in the same place, but only connected one lamp. The wifi router is in the same room, about 10 feet away. The device is constantly losing connection to the wifi. If I pull the couch out 6 inches, unplug the device from the wall outlet, and plug it back in, it will work for a few minutes, and then lose connection again. For obvious reasons, this is not an acceptable scenario, and this has been the case since one day one - I received the product yesterday and have been fighting with it since. All my other devices work just fine, including the previous alexa plug - its just this one power strip that has trouble with connectivity. Im only giving it two stars because it does indeed provide power - just not reliable smart home integration.

It worked for a week & 1/2 then it wont connect to my router afterwards..

As far as power delivery goes, this thing does that exactly as expected. When trying to connect to google voice or Alexa, the device often has to be reset to become controllable again.

Would not work for what I needed it for so I tried to be neutral about review I returned it when I realized it would not handle the amps I needed to run this item for but Amazon continues to try to get me to rate the product! I’m sure it’s fine just wasn’t for me! Seemed kinda of hefty I’m sure it would work for lighting just fine!
