Loaded app using QR code, socket selection did no work, nor was it even made the way the instructions in the box said, the scan feature didnt work. WAste of money.

Took a few seconds to figure out how to set up - but the rest were easy. I use it with my Google home (sorry Amazon), and they work excellent. Bought 8 more! I like having capability of turning on either vocally or with my phone. They are super cool!

This batch of outlets not the same as the first batch I bought weeks b4 that are the same thing, but, this batch is like loaded with some different version that doesnt have the Sunrise/Sunset option on the Schedule screen with the Astronomical tab option I wanted (different On/Off screen and different setting with Countdown Button at the bottom instead of Settings at the bottom of the On/Off screen).

Super easy and intuitive to set up. I already had the Smart Life app on my phone didn’t even look at the directions to add these plugs. I put my Christmas lights and in window candles on a timed daily schedule.

If you have an Alexa and wifi, I will suggest you to try these smart plugs as well. Its really more convenient once its installed. Although its tedious and time-consuming, the manual makes it easy to install at our home. Once its installed, you will be living a smarter life. You can simply scan the QR code to download the app Smart Life - Smart Living. I have ordered a pack of 4, so that I can easily connect my lamps and fan to wifi. We just need to command, for instance - Alexa - Turn on Lamp 1 and you are all set.

We liked how simple it was to connect the plugs via the app. Simple, easy an excellent product will be purchasing more.

They get disconnected very easy and it’s a hassle because their application to connect them to Wi-Fi is complicated see you spent hours reconnecting I’m only to have them disconnect later

Just wouldn’t work with our internet system so we returned them.
