Smart Steps by Baby Trend Stem EZ Bouncer

This chair is lightweight and easy to assemble. The vibrating music box worked great the first time around. Once we replaced the battery the box rattled when the vibrate selection was chosen. Considering it is half the price of competitors and I mostly cared about the bouncing, I wasn’t surprised at the limited function of the vibrating box. If you aren’t fussy about something like that and looking to save money, this chair can be a viable option.

I am quite pleased with this product! Not only was it inexpensive, but it was super easy to assemble and our baby (2 months old) appears to be quite happy with it. The musical pieces are sweet (with various volume settings) and she seems to like the vibrating option (three settings). It’s a little smaller than I expected, but she fits just fine. Thumbs up from me! Unfortunately I had the same vibration issue as someone else who wrote a review :( it got very loud and I don’t know how to fix it. Still like it otherwise!

The bouncer itself is fine, but the attachment is terrible. It’s clear the product was not fully tested before being put out. The attachment fits through two small holes in the fabric that do not always line up with where it attaches underneath. You have to play around sliding the fabric around just to attach the piece on. There is no easy click on and click off for it. We’ve given up even trying to use that part of the bouncer because it’s so difficult. I don’t know why it wasn’t made like every other bouncer with the attachments on the outer edge of the bouncer where no fabric gets in the way. It’s very frustrating.

Like the ease of assembly and comfort. Vibrator does not stay on long enough. Only lasts 5 min. I had a vibrator chair for my kids 25 years ago and it was a lifesaver. I bought this for my daughters new baby. Baby loves the chair but the vibrator lasts only 5 min and shuts off. The baby gets fussy and we have to constantly turn it back on. It should stay on until turned off so it would be more effective in soothing the baby

My sister has the expensive baby bouncer which my baby loves, I bought this cheaper one and he loves it the same. He is a bit longer than the bouncier which I was not anticipating, but he fell asleep in it the first time he used it which means he found it comfortable enough anyway

Buyer beware that this bouncer is extremely small. It seems meant for premie/newborn only. I have a 7 week old, and hes about to be too long for it already.

The vibration part is just soooo loud. Idk if it’s just ours and there’s a malfunction for the vibration or maybe it’s all of the bouncers? Idk. Otherwise we like it.. just can’t get past how dang loud it is even in the lowest vibration setting.

I bought this for a baby shower and she absolutely loves it!!! She said it helps put the baby to sleep. He absolutely loves it now

I like the car a lot I haven’t put batteries in yet I just bounce it with my foot lol and it does the job my 3month old likes it.. I could figure out how to put it together so my husband had to.

I bought this as a last resort because my two month old has been extremely colicky and fussy these last 3 weeks. This rocker has been a lifesaver!! There are two different vibration settings as well as sound settings. It does not rock on its own but any small movement allows for it to rock or you can manually rock. My baby absolutely loves this rocker and I have spent so much money on swings and other chairs for him to love this inexpensive item!! 5/5 stars for sure.
