I bought this for my 3 month old because he started wanting to put everything in his mouth but had trouble holding on to anything. This design was perfect to keep him from dropping the toy every 2 seconds. It is better than other toys because it has a lot of places for him to chew. He is 7 months now and it is STILL one of his favorite toys especially since he has started teething. Would definitely recommend to any new mom

I love this little guy! But I will say, the moment he gets dropped, it’s like a dog hair magnet! We have a golden retriever so there is always dog hair no matter what, and it is all over this thing.
