This stand is good if you dont type a lot, but I do and my arms get extremely tired. Wish it had a setting to tilt the keyboard down towards you. I returned!

I use it for my day to day at work and it very useful since i can accomadate to laptops on the base one on the bottom with my docking station and the next on the top
