> 24 hourBought this extension cord for use with an electric leaf blower in September, 2018, and was so impressed I ended up buying a second one! I was looking for a cable that could stand up to heavy outdoor use, and deliver full power to the blower, even when connected to an additional cords. Pros: - Made in the USA - Power indicating plugs (clear end plugs glow when plugged-in) - Excellent durability and quality - Highly visible/attractive color Cons/Things of which to be aware: - Heavy (unavoidable, due to the length & thick gauge of the cable) - Unruly & easily tangled (again, due to length/weight of cord, not a flaw of the product) I bought a QuickWinder reel to carry and store the extension cord, which solved the tangle problem. This ones built to last!

> 24 hourHeavy duty, æMerican! What else can I say. True value, badass, can take it. Packaging is garbage of course. Dont expect nicely packaged stuff (packaging is almost nonexistent, but the actual cable is brutal. Barbarian stuff

> 24 hourIve been building for over twenty years and have been a fool for not getting a cord like this sooner. I have been through many a cord, and can only assume that this one might have gone the distance if only I had started with it. Its bright and easy to see (and not trip over), well made for durability and a pretty good conversation piece as customers seem to get a kick out of anything pink used by a construction guy. It also matches my calculator nicely.

> 24 hourI got this extension cord because of the high reviews and bright pink color. This extension core is of very high quality. In fact because of the high gauge its the heaviest extension cord Ive ever owned which makes it a bit of a pain for some use cases. For example I was sanding my deck using a small orbital sander and anytime I tugged on the sander to get more slack it was actually so heavy that the sander unplugged from the extension cord. This may not be a problem if youre plugging it into something more stationary but something to be aware of. If youre using it for more casual things that dont need to suck huge amounts of power or you need to move it often you might be better off with a smaller gauge extension cord.

> 24 hourIt was important to me to buy made in the USA. This extension cord is everything I wanted. It is bright colored and extremely heavy duty. I purchased the 12 gauge. I use it in the winter to run a small heater in my well house. The bright color helps to keep me from running over it with the lawnmower in the spring!

> 24 hourI bought a new electric snowblower at the end of January assuming Id have plenty of winter left to try it out. In the weeks following my receiving it, it didnt snow a single flake. Funny how that happens. Finally we got a day or two of snowfall and I was finally able to try out my new neon pink extension cord. Did a great job providing power to my snowblower. Because of the gauge, it does get stiff in the cold and can be hard to maneuver. Also the heft of this thing is more than I expected. I need the entire 100 feet to reach the end of my driveway and rolling it up on a reel takes time, patience and strength! I like the high visibility color making it easy to see on snow or on the ground so it doesnt get caught up in a moving blade. The light up ends are also nice when its 5 AM and youre trying to figure out where to plug stuff in. All in all, a good price and no complaints.

> 24 hourUpdate: Husband stole my pink extension cord I got my daughter an lol water slide and husband said I couldnt use his extention cord so I got a bright pink one to match the slide and to make sure if he had to use my extention cord the whole neighborhood would know it! It works great and it lights up so when the kids are done in the evening I can find the cord in the grass lol

> 24 hourI use these for my rental business. I have approximately 200 pink Southwire extension cords. Recently started utilizing cords I purchased last season. Cords purchased in late 2022 are melting at the female end of the cord. 4 cords in 2 weeks have melted. The pink Southwire cords that I bought 2-3 years are working fine, faded and dirty, but still usable. The new bright pink, clean cords are MELTING!!! DO NOT BUY!! I paid up for the Southwire products in the past, not anymore. Quality has gone down the toilet.
