Apart from lights not being very bright in a sunny room, it works very well.

This outlet tester functions much like those you can buy at Loews or Home Depot. What sets this one apart is the convenient GFCI test button. And at a price equal to those sold without that feature.

With two work sites and two tool boxes, I decided to get another outlet tester. At $9 this Southwire is a good value these days. Easy to use - just plug it in. Two yellow/orange lights means good. Red or any other combination means something is wrong. However in daylight it can be difficult to see which orange/amber is lit.

Good product for the price. Works exactly as it should. Recommended.
