Speedball 12-Inch Nitrile Squeegee, 65 Durometer

Did not work as well as I hoped it would.

I am new to screen printing and I found this very easy to work with. The rounded edge of the wood makes it comfortable to hold and the squeegee blade is neither too floppy nor too firm. It was a simple matter to learn the angle and pressure to use and my items turned out consistently.

I hadnt even used it yet and it snapped! Very disappointing.

Good product. The lip on the scrapping edge tends to hold alot of ink if you are using something thick like plastisol. We use mostly water based inks and they work great for that and are middle of the road when using plastisols.

This squeegee is nice, strong and sturdy. Its a bigger size but not bulky. Its easy to use and lightweight. This specific squeegee does not slide out to clean like the smaller 9 inch one. It fits very snug into the 12x16 inch screen if using on the 12 inch side. Over all great.

Speedball was my first love. Then I discovered ryonet. Never again will I buy this junk.

I normally enjoy the feel of wood handled squeegees, however, this was slightly uncomfortable given the wood was not sealed or coated with something to smooth out the wood texture. The actual squeegee is held in with what looks like very small staples and after many washes, drys, and uses, the squeegee has loosened from the handle. Honestly not terrible, but I would have appreciated a more comfortable handle and a more durable product overall.

Not one thing to complain about. This package came faster then anticipated, and was exactly what I ordered. Its perfect do far in quality. Cannot wait to use.
