So much money wasted.

Close to perfect. Unfortunately there is not enough zipper clearance from the wheel casing. If the suitcase is empty or simply just not filled to the top then the cover will lay too flush and it’s a pain to maneuver around with one hand and still very cumbersome to do with two hands.

I returned the product as nice as it was because I could not justify the cost.

I started with the 21 inch bag and it lives up to the hype. Yes, it is expensive but this is a case of getting what you pay for. The wheels are great especially when going over carpets, my wife has an AWAY bag and the wheels always drag on carpeting, now I just bought her one of these. The compression system defies logic but it works. I open the bag, extend the bag, pack, zip and compress. Although they tell you not to, on one occasion on the medium bag I checked it through extended because of all the stuff I bought and it made it fine.

I had a previous 2 wheeler and got tennis elbow due to pulling the weight inclined of the suitcase plus my laptop briefcase.

I debated long and hard, medium or large, ultimately I went with the medium. Even with this slightly smaller bag I find myself running out of weight before I run out of space. If you pack lots of bulky lightweight items the large might work better for you, but I think the medium is the best size for most people.

Its very well-built and looks classy. The interior storage is great and the exterior pockets are useful.

I am on my first trip, ordered 9/22/22 and the zipper broke. Not happy
