These work great. Love the ring, it makes it easy to hook and unhook. Only issue I had was actually getting it on there...maybe there is a trick I dont know about, but with some help of a pair of pliers I was able to get them on.

These were a little stiff for my application and my kids have difficulty operating them. But they are functional and we will make use of them.

I purchased this to secure the top and bottom of my 24” I rate for my lil Frenchie puppy. When I leave him in his crate he tries to push his way out. After adding these to his door I am not worried that he will escape. He safe!

The photo made me think it would be more elastic. It is pretty rigid. That can be a good thing depending on your needs. I needed something to help keep dogs crate shut (she figured out how to open the latch). This did the job. The wire thickness on the dog crate was hard to install spring onto. It would be easier to install on something thinner. But if you are using this on something with thinner cage wire this spring is overkill in my opinion.

Works well. It would be nice if you put a small ring on the stationary side. I could not open the two curls you currently have to attach to the cage.

When you are not completely confident that your pet can not open the cage; this adds additional security. I put them on my Sugar Glider cages due to the fact that they have thumbs and the ability to grab. They also are smart enough to figure out how things work; therefore they have the ability to lift, pull, or push doors open. These locks give a second layer with tension to ensure that all doors remain shut/locked.

I like that its a very sturdy spring. We used it to hold our rabbit cages doors closed.

If your beloved pet is an escape artist like my 1yr old Akita this will 100% keep them in. It love it it was very hard to get on the cage but i ok nice j was able to open the little part and put it on smooth sailing from there.
