i couldnt get my data back-didnt work for me

I received a card that has a scratch-off area to reveal the product key for this software. I scratched with a coin, the paint is so glued to the card that it doesnt reveal the product key. I scratched it harder and the card paper start to damage. Since I couldnt get the key, this purchase is absolutely a waste of money, absolutely a terrible experience, I asked for a replacement, but amazon just sent me straight to refund. I want the software to fix my files, but if you cant even get a simple product key printed right on a piece of paper, how can I trust you to fix my problem.

The key doesnt work, please DO NOT buy.
