I am using these for a bit of an unorthodox application: making some DIY lifepo4-based power stations inside of plastic ammo cans. So this for me is for recharge of those when 120 is available.

I ordered this AC Port Plug for my camper van to be able to easily power it by connecting to a regular grounded outlet with a 3-prong outdoor extension cord.

Added this to an enclosed trailer. The ability to run power into it without going through a door or vent is great. It keeps out the dust and wind. Should have done this easy to install mod earlier!

Have not used yet, but can tell it is just what he wanted. We were happy that it came UPS!

Our 30A 120V input is often overloaded, especially when running the air conditioner, microwave and electric heat. I added this port on the side of our travel trailer and connect it to the extra 15A/120V power supply at most campsites. I then use the port to power a space heater or humidifier allowing a greater overall power usage in the RV. The kit feels solid and assuming it is installed correctly feels water resistant and should last. I recommend sealing around the connection after installing.

You could use this to work in the bed of your truck if you dont have a factory option.

This Power Port is a great idea for many different tasks when you need to have power going through a wall without having an open hole when not in use. For me it is the outside plug for “shore power” on a Tear Drop camper Im building.

this is handy if you want to add a plug port to something. i used this to add a external plug port to a small shed and have power on the inside when i need it! keeps water out when i am not using it and lots nice!
