I had already received a full refund, so I did not think they needed to give me a free one, as well, but I appreciate the offer and wanting to make it right! So, I ordered the larger size. It fits perfectly! Much more comfortable! Very happy with the entire communication and new product. Now 5 stars! I will review the large separately, since it is another verified purchase. Updated. I appreciate their efforts and would try them again. Easy to install. Conceptually great, but the bands (straps?) are so tight, its difficult to get fingers in between the kindle and the strap, and your fingers quickly feel the pressure. It quickly becomes uncomfortable. The material is grippy, which is good, but it makes it harder to slip fingers behind the device, too. An elastic would be more comfortable but less durable. Finally, I wonder if the bands are slightly bending the kindle (its that tight) and may cause future problems.

Love the black strapsicle on my Kobo reader so much that I cannot use the e-reader without it! Initially, the wrong size (large instead of small) was sent to me. The seller reached out and made sure I received the right order when their inventory issue was solved. Couldnt expect better customer service!

Does not fit if you have a cover for your kindle, which they dont tell you!

I drop things. Usually because I have 50 million things in my hands and going on in my head. With this strap I will no longer drop my Kindle as I balance coffee, snacks, a blanket and the Kindle. Genius!

its a little tight and kindle hard to slide hand underneath but this is WAY more comfortable than a popsocket, i definitely recommend

Much more comfortable than a pop socket! I also really enjoy the fact that they are my favorite color and they are removable in case I need to put my kindle in a case! You can basically run with your kindle in hand with this and it will stay put!

I just received my first set and love them. The small fits my Kindle 10th Gen perfectly and it fits my hands better than the case with a strap ever has. And I don’t like pop-sockets because they hurt my fingers. You can use one or both, depending on your preference. Cons: no screen protector like with my other case. No prop stand like I had with my other case. These are NOT deal breakers for me!

Love this!! Great quality and looks cute. But sizing is off. I first ordered the large size for the 7th gen as suggested and it was too loose to the point where it would just fall off the corners so I returned and ordered the small and that fits perfectly!

I really wanted to love these straps for my Kindle, but because I have the Kindle Paperwhite 10th gen (2019), it is difficult to find a clear case without corners. Because the kindle is an older version, there aren’t a lot of cases to choose from and I only wanted a clear one. The straps will not lay flat on the corners if your case has any type of corners. It sort of bubbles up and doesn’t seem very secure. I’m sure it would work great without a case or maybe a slim flat case. Great product, but not for me!

The Strapsicle fits my new Kindle 2022 (11th Generation) and my older Kobo Clara HD (Model N249) perfectly. The corners are protected and I am less likely to drop my E-Reader.
