> 3 dayThis light works well and is durable I have dropped it many times and it keeps on ticking. Only bad thing is it is now missing I cannot find my light I think it has been stolen because it is a very good light. If you buy this light keep a close eye on it.

Greater than one weekAwesome rechargeable flashlight, stands up to abuse (drops) pretty well and is very bright. Recharges fast and come with wall charger, extra battery and car charger. The switch is programmable for diffrent functions, but since i have only use the basic fuctions i cannot report on that. Super value for money. Ive had many other rechargeable flashlights which did not hold up well to daily wear and tear that goes wth my job and so far i am very pleased with this Streamlight rechargeable flashlight its pretty durable and looks good.

> 3 dayWife loves it. I’ve been using high dollar flashlights forever. When my wife got a night job at a children’s home I bought her a professional flashlight. She deserves it.

Greater than one weekMy wife and kids got me this for Christmas. Yes...it was on my list. The wife was floored when she saw the price. They have bought me many flashlights over the years. Many were cheap and didnt last long; bulbs broke when dropped, internal connections failed or didnt make contact until you smacked the flashlight against your hand, the light output would fluctuate, etc, etc. In addition my son has a habit of playing with the flashlights. Hes either exploring or playing light sabers or whatever so not only was it difficult to find a flashlight when needed but they were always dead or had just enough battery power to make me think they worked only to die two minutes later. VERY frustrating!!! Then, of course, I never had enough new batteries or had to hunt for them... Yes...this is a serious investment for a flashlight but ask any person who has one if they regretted spending the money for it and I bet you will not find a single person. These are small, maybe slightly longer than the average 2D-cell flashlight - yes the $6 one you have in your kitchen drawer. But its more powerful then my 6D-cell Maglight. You can hold down the on button and the light output will step down so its not so bright. I thought this was a gimmick but installing speakers in my truck this weekend proved it was not as at full power the reflection off surrounding surfaces was too bright. Reducing the output made it perfect!!! Plus, this has the backup battery always charging. I love it so much I have already asked for a 2nd one for my birthday in February!! One for the house, one for my truck. Then when camping season starts - yep, I will add another for the trailer!! EDIT (follow-up): I still consider this one of the best purchases Ive ever made! Hard to believe someone could get so geeked about a flashlight but I love (both of) mine (see comments)!!
