Overall, this kit is great for anyone getting into electronic repair. Using it I have successfully changed my laptop battery, shell-swapped a pair of Nintendo Joy-Con, and fully taken apart an old kindle for kicks. It includes almost every bit anyone could need, and certainly every conventional bit available. For under $30 on sale, it feels almost like cheating compared to iFixits double-price kit.

Perfect, exactly what I needed.

A little disappointed by the workmanship and the quality of Screwdriver and its extension, its a little loose when extended even a little bit. The sewing quality of the case pretty amateurish but useable.

Will not last long

Got this for my boyfriend! He’s an electrical engineer and is always working on something new! Definitely get this for the nerd in your life ( nerd is said lovingly don’t worry ). He really liked it! It’s portable and not super big so they can carry it with them in their backpack.

Good quality set so far. Not sure what the suction and adhesion ratings are for...there is a suction cup in the kit...it works. Probably wouldnt be able to pick up a bowling ball with it...but ya know? Nothing in my kit came stuck together, but Ill give the adhesion factor 5 stars anyway.

This is definitely a complete kit for any electronics enthusiast! Tools for repairing laptops, phones, tablets, etc! All you need is a soldering kit and you are all set!

I bought this a few months ago thinking it would simply be a neat tool kit to have around the house. I do a lot of electronics tinkering (building and repairing computers and various other electronics), so I use a lot of different size bits. Ill tell you, this kit has saved me a lot of extra work. The variety of bits is wider than I anticipated, and that interprets to a wider variety of things I can tackle with my tool kit. I have found myself working on the garage door opener, the car radio, my external hard drive, just to name a few. I even took apart my internal HDD and placed the plates into another identical model HDD to recover files I thought I had lost a long time ago. This is a task I wouldnt have attempted before having this tool kit. But since this kit made keeping track of the screws easier, I thought, What did I have to lose? I recovered 99.5% of the files. It would normally cost over $900 to have a hard drive sent out to a company to have this service done. I know, because Ive paid it! This time, with this tool kit, it cost me $35 for a hard drive identical to the one I couldnt get the computer to read any more. Well, that, and my time. I plugged in the modified drive, and my computer started reading everything, I bought a second tool kit for a friend of mine who works a lot with different devices and complains he never has the right tools. Well, now he does. If you or someone you know works a lot with electronics like X-box, PlayStation, Laptops, Cell Phones, Stereo equipment, or even TV repair, they would benefit from one of these tool kits. I take mine everywhere. I should probably just go ahead and buy another one so I can have one at home and one at work.
