The quality of sublimated prints on these is just bad. They become sticky so it’s hard to remove the transfer and the images are faded even after being on the press 5 minutes.

Great cups, sublimate beautifully. Theyre too heavy to ship for a reasonable price, so Ill go with a different brand for business purposes. For home use or gifting, theyre great and very large with a big handle for man sized hands.

I’ve got my first set of 6 mugs and 2 of them were broken, but the company was fast and easy to just send me a replacement in a few days! I love my little set, this picture that I’ve added is my wife with her little hands holding a mug the way she loves, just embracing it all around with one hand, instead of using the handler. Perfect size for that even with her little hands. Good material and they look pretty, simple and minimalist! We love it! Five stars all the way.

Cups seem to be hit and miss. Some are fine some barely take color and some get weird designs on them. I have never had this issue with any other up. No wonder these prices are so low. And yes I have my cup press at the right heat and yes I have enough pressure.

2 mugs arrived broken. I reached out to the company and was pleasantly surprised by their offer to send replacements plus an extra for the aggravation. Cups come out amazing, highly recommend

Perfect size, shape, quality coffee cup. Love these cups and will use them for all our decals in the future. We needed something high quality to use a new tenant gifts and these are exactly what we were looking for at a very good price. The bottom of the cup is blank so the decal maker can put their name on them to increase their business. We couldn’t have asked for more.
