I have only used 2 of these so far. One turned out great but the other one had multiple flaws in it. (Edited) 4 out of 6 of these tumblers have rough spots or chips. Very disappointing. This is the second order I have placed, the first order was for 4 tumblers and all 4 of them were perfect.

I ordered in October & had a few orders to complete. This item is NOT 100% straight like description! It IS tapered! Out of 8 cups all 6 were coming out crooked and it didn’t occur to me until last night when I decided to try and stack them! I am not only out the $ for the product but I have lost 2 customers bc I couldn’t complete their order! Just be aware there are tapered. Also if using a press I had to turn the heat down and drop the amount of time bc they were coming out burned. Someone else mentioned the shrink wrap that came with it is not good quality and I agree with that. It was very poor quality. I will NOT be ordering from this company again

There was one tumbler that had a huge dent in it, so unable to use. Otherwise, sublimate beautifully.

Great value. Item is as described and fast shipping. So far, great quality. I have not had any issues with them. I’ve ordered twice already and planning on ordering more.

Easy to sublimate with

I purchased this for my laser engraving and it works great plus the water stays cold for a long period of time. Great purchase!! Would recommend

Colors did not come out correctly. Item already has scratch from pulling up heat tape. Sleeve melted as soon as hit with heat.

Received my order today. All but one came damaged. (See photo.) Due to the damage, I can’t sublimate on it as it’ll cause ghosting around it. Not sure if I can send this one tumbler back for them to send me one in return.
