> 3 dayGot this for my boat to run my electric knife. This thing is crazy good and the fact that it runs directly off the battery is one of the best things about it because its always the cord that goes first on inverters. Hopefully this will be the last one I buy and by the way its working Im sure it will be the last one I will have to buy

> 3 dayPerfect solution for converting DC to AC. Ive used this successfully with my laptops, gaming console + TV, and phone charging. Ive thrown around 500w at this continuously for hours and it hasnt failed me yet. It wont work with any energy hungry appliances like a toaster oven, hair dryer, etc. But for most electronic devices it does the job no problem.

> 3 day+ The display alternates between showing source voltage and watts output. The display is great to read in dim light but

> 3 dayThis is a big unit considering its rated wattage and comparing it to some modified sine wave inverters that I have that are 500 Watts/ 1000 peak.

> 3 dayI ordered this inverter for use in my boats cuddy cabin where Im never going to exceed the 120VAC 5A continuous output capacity. I have a place to mount it where it will stay dry and out of the weather. This inverter is not waterproof or even water resistant. Dont think that you can toss it into the soggy bilge of a boat and have it continue to work.

Greater than one weekIt comes as pictured. It comes with heavy gauge wire to hook directly to the battery and the remote switch is a very nice feature if you want to permanently install it in a boat or rv. I would definitely recommend it.
