> 24 hourGarbage. Do not buy. Ripped in less than 4 months with normal, school backpack use, and when I attempted to have North Face repair or replace it under the warranty, they said it would be at least a 6-8 week process to even determine IF they would. Trash product and trash policy from what use to be a good company.

> 24 hourGreat quality and a good price. Its lightweight when empty which is nice, knowing it wont be too heavy when filled with items. Lots of compartments and zippers are very smooth. Ordered the Grey Dark Heather and is very pretty.

> 24 hourPurchased for my college freshman son after he selected from all of the choices. He traditionally goes with Swiss Gear backpacks but opted for this one and is very glad he did. He carries his laptop and several heavy premed/biochem textbooks daily (proud mom) as well as snacks and of course a phone. He has had 1 month with no issues. He walks, rides his bike, and uses the university busing with no issues wearing this. His words, Yeah, it works. So as you can see, I cant stop all his chatter!

> 24 hourMy old Recon backpack has been around the world over the last 6 years. It’s still usable, but unfortunately the back padding has worn down to the plastic, so it is uncomfortable. I wanted to upgrade to a new North Face backpack that is slightly smaller. At first glance I was not impressed with this backpack. It’s obvious they just don’t make them like they used to. The material just felt cheaper. I also should’ve done more research before ordering. The front pocket is only kept closed by the straps on the side. There is no magnet or Velcro closure in the front so the front pocket seems useless. Or, if you don’t mind the possibility of items easily falling out, it may be useful to you. I guess I was just expecting more for an $80 mid-range backpack. Lastly, the measurements are inaccurate. I measured 19” tall rather than 18”. Decided to return for an older model of the Pivoter.
