> 3 dayThese hooks are strong enough for lights, plants, and many more uses. I like the spring loaded safety buckles. Nothing is going to fall of these hooks accidentally. The anchors included are adequate but I would advise to sink the screws into wood if possible. Useful for many things around the home.

> 3 dayHooks feel sturdy and hold well in wood. You should pre-drill pilot hole through, theyre tough to screw in otherwise as these hooks are hand tighten. Using plyers to tighten them on was more cumbersome so I opted to just put on gloves and finger tighten them on. The clip is nice to make sure whatever youre hanging doesnt come loose.

> 3 dayThese are just the right size and i used them to put in the wood roof of my upstairs apartment patio. What is helpful is the lock that keeps the wire in place instead of slipping off should the wind blow the lights around. It helped me make some very decorative lighting for my porch.

> 3 dayThese are great hooks for lights! I really like the little clasp so the string won’t fall off when it gets windy.

> 3 dayThese hooks are good quality and hold up to being installed outdoors. They are sturdy and take being torqued into harder materials with ease. They look good and hold a good amount of weight.

Greater than one weekI have my outdoor lights strung through my plumeria tree and then draped on a light pole. For some extra sturdiness and to ensure the pole doesn’t tip or sag with time, I used these little hooks to attach a piece of small wire from the pole to the hook which I screwed into my siding. I like the snap in place closure and these are very sturdy. I’ll most likely use the rest for Christmas lights or other holiday decor.

> 3 dayThese hooks work well for hanging seasonal lights. They have a clip on them, so when using outside the lights won’t blow off the hook. They are easy to screw in. They come with drywall screws if you are installing them into a non-wood wall.

> 3 dayThese are genius. I live somewhere that gets high wind certain times of the year, and Ive previously used regular hooks that dont have clips and the lights dont always stay on them. I just got some solar fairy mason jars that Ive been worried will fall off (theyre glass so theyd shatter) and with these I dont have to worry anymore! Definitely a nice upgrade. They seem well made too, nicely coated (not sloppy) and the clips have a smooth action and spring closed.
