Lining of one of the outer pockets came undone making things put in the pocket disappear deeper into the backpack. Nevertheless, the backpack is otherwise well put together and has garnered compliments.

Fits in airplane overhead compartment yet very roomy inside. Comfortable & sturdy shoulder straps enable carrying a lot on your back; freeing hands for other luggage, etc. Also looks nice for use around town. Pouches on sides for easy access to water bottles. Two large outside pockets to store important papers, receipts. Very pleased with this. Just needed to give it a good leather coating first.
