I initially purchased this product to attached to some vent exhaust hoods on the roof of my house but found out I did not need this product so I returned it.

Update (8/21/2020): Originally purchased 7/6/2019, I took one out of the package and put it on my deck, on a table under cover from rain, but exposed to humidity; everything ferrous out there rusts within weeks. Nearly 1 year later, this is very, very minor rust, so this stainless steel passes the rust test! See pic. Pros: good fit and finish. As a test, I put one of the sheets outside on the porch, in very humid weather, and after three weeks, no signs of rust, so passes the not cheap SS test. Cons: none.

I needed to bring my vents around my house uo to present fire code as oid mesh was 1/4 and newer code is 1/8 or smaller which this mesh is. Would have been nicer if the sheets were bigger but made do.

These were a good product. The only issue I had was if you even slightly bent it, it would not bend back. Also, some of the metal began to come undone. It’s nearly impossible to get it back in place. The edges were also a bit sharp. So if you’re looking to just apply these immediately then they’re great. But any molding or moving of them might be difficult.

I got tired of having to go to head shops and settle for screens that are waaaaaaay tooooooo fine for 420 smoking through a pipe ... I just couldnt find the right size of mesh ... THIS is it = stainless steel screen in size 30 mesh ... with this package of flat screen, the cut-to-size screens end up costing a couple of cents each, and are strong, long-lasting, easy to cut with good scissors or sheet metal snips, and perfect for your favorite 420 indulgence ...

product is as described...stiff, easy to cut to shape. easy to mold to shape...hold shape well too.

This mesh is perfect for the projects I had in mind. I used 2 panels to attach to my flush floor vents and the third to cover a hole in our garage from a cat door (we have no cat). I was able to cut it to size using normal scissors and attach using duct tape (vents) and screws (garage). Im very pleased with this product.
