> 24 hourI am extremely disappointed in my product. I kept my laptop in this case in my backpack for months with no breaks or damage. Recently, I opened my laptop and saw that the right side of the screen has broken and gone black. This could only have been caused by a sharp impact to the computer. This case failed to protect my laptop and its screen. The backpack underwent no serious trauma that should have caused this damage to a laptop protected by this case. Future buyers beware!!!!!
